Our Story

Monest was born out of a deep-seated passion for fashion, coupled with a vision to introduce the world to the elegance of Egyptian design.

In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, I pursued a marketing diploma that reignited my lifelong love for fashion. It was during this time that the idea of Monest began to take shape. By 2022, I took my first steps towards this dream by creating content to establish my personal identity and brand.

The journey was far from easy. Competing with well-established Turkish platforms and the dominance of British fast fashion brands felt like an insurmountable challenge. Yet, I remained determined, constantly seeking ways to differentiate and compete in this competitive market.

A pivotal moment came with the boycott movement that swept through the Muslim community, creating a void in the market for ethical and alternative modest wear retailers. This was the turning point for Monest. We recognized the need for a platform that not only offered beautiful, modest clothing but also stood for values and ethics that resonated with our community.

Monest was born—where fashion meets values, and where every piece of clothing tells a story of cultural pride, modesty, and empowerment.
