Returns Policy
At Monest Shop UK, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind
about a purchase. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following

Eligibility for Returns


1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the day after the items were delivered to your home address to return any unwanted items, which means you may have up to 30 days if you recieved your order in 2 weeks.
2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in
their original packaging, including any tags and labels.


Process for Returns
1. login to your account from the main menu of our store up in the head section, find your order and click request return, we will review the request and issue you a return label immediately so you can send us back the order for refund or exchange, you can as well Initiate a Return by email, please contact our customer service team at
[customercare@monest.shop] with your order number and reason for return.


2. Return Shipping: for all cases unless we have sent you a faulty or damaged item, the return shipping costs inside the UK is 5£, unless your location is outside the European union countries, you will be responsible for the return fees that will cost around 10 USD.

3. Return Address: Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address
and any additional instructions via email mainly to this location :

Refunds

1. Full Refunds: after deducting the return shipping fees which is 5£, If you return your items within the 14-day period, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2. Late Returns: If items are returned to us outside the 14-day period, you will receive
an e-Voucher instead of a refund. The e-Voucher can be used for future purchases on
our website and will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not
limited to:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team

Exchanges
We of course offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please
return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
